Transport Scotland's performance responding to planning consultations is monitored, and results are published on a quarterly basis.

- Residential Consultation numbers do not include holiday accommodation, house extensions, MSC applications or S42 applications.
- Planning Applications are considered as 'Major' in accordance with the Hierarchy of Developments, however, in general these are applications that require to be supported with a Transport Assessment Report.
