Welcome and Introductions

AA began this last meeting, with a round of thanks to all participants, past and present, for their contributions in making these meetings such a valued forum for discussion.

SP reciprocated the sentiments on behalf of ScotRail.

Actions From Previous Meeting – 3 February 2022

All actions reviewed and updates provided.

Review of EMA Reporting Pack

AA advises that questions from wider TS team will be sent over tomorrow.

After discussion the report was accepted by both parties.

Committed Obligations Review

AA indicated that ScotRail were not required to produce the next performance pack with an agreement ScotRail would provide TS with information on request to fill any gaps.

Franchise Performance Report – Any Matters Arising

No issues raised.

Issues of the Moment

Preparations are underway to deal with the press/media enquiries expected following publication of the RAIB report into the Carmont tragedy.

Future FPM meetings/ de-mobilising of franchise

It was agreed a review meeting should be arranged to wrap up issues prior to 1st April.

AOB

The meeting ended with a further round of acknowledgements and appreciation for the successful contributions made by all, past and present with MH highlighting the work of the ScotRail presenters, the collaboration in raising issues to allow the business to move forward positively.

Everyone wished for this to continue in the future through the upcoming changes.

No date was set for a future meeting at this time.
