Specification for the Reinstatement of Openings in Roads (4th Edition - 2019)
This Specification is a Code of Practice outlining a national standard applicable to all Undertakers when carrying out reinstatement as a part of executing road works.
Version four of the code (2019) has now been superseded by version five, which can be found on the website of the Scottish Road Works Commissioner.
