You have selected the performance report for all stations.  This PDF displays a graph and a table which show network wide performance against the benchmark, given as a percentage, for each of the stations' service quality areas (called service schedules) that passengers wanted to be kept informed about.

The reports cover five live quarters of the ScotRail Franchise which are  ~ Quarter 2 2017/18 (25 June 2017 to 16 September 2017)  to Quarter 2 2018/19 (24 June 2018 – 16 September 2018).

Performance results for your line of route are also available.

The results for 2018/19 ScotRail franchise will be published on  the following dates – Quarter 1  (1 April 2018 – 23 June 2018) Published on  03 August 2018. Quarter 2 (29 June 2018 – 15 September 2018) published on 19 October 2018. Quarter 3 (16 September 2018 – 8 December 2018) published on 11 January 2019.  Quarter 4 (9 December 2018 – 31 March 2019) published on 3 May 2019

 

NB – From Quarter 1 2018/19 Schedule 16 has been disaggregated to highlight performance for Wi-fi, Help Points, Ticket Vending Machines, Smart card readers and public telephones. This had previously been displayed as a collective performance figure.
