SQUIRE all stations report - 4 May 2018

You have selected the performance report for all stations. This PDF displays a graph and a table which show network wide performance against the benchmark, given as a percentage, for each of the stations' service quality areas (called service schedules) that passengers wanted to be kept informed about.

The reports cover five live quarters of the ScotRail Franchise which are ~ Quarter 4 2016/17 (11 December 2016 to 31 March 2017) to Quarter 4 2017/18 (10 December 2017 – 31 March 2018).

Performance results for your line of route are also available.

The results for 2017/18 ScotRail franchise will be published on the following dates:

  • Quarter 1 (1 April 2017 – 23 June 2018) - 28 July 2018
  • Quarter 2 (29 June 2018 – 15 September 2018) - 19 October 2018
  • Quarter 3 (16 September 2018 – 8 December 2018) - 11 January 2019
  • Quarter 4 (9 December 2018 – 31 March 2019) - 3 May 2019.
