SQUIRE all trains report - 11 January 2019

You have selected the performance report for all train classes. This PDF displays a graph and a table which show network wide performance against the benchmark, given as a percentage, for each of the train service quality areas (called service schedules) that passengers wanted to be kept informed about.

The reports cover five live quarters of the ScotRail Franchise which are ~ Quarter 3 2017/18 (17 September 2017 to 9 December 2017) to Quarter 3 2018/19 (17 September 2018 to 8 December 2018).

Performance results for the train classes on your line of route are also available.

The results for 2018/19 ScotRail franchise will be published on the following dates:

  • Quarter 1 (1 April 2018 – 23 June 2018) Published on 03 August 2018
  • Quarter 2 (29 June 2018 – 15 September 2018) published on 19 October 2018
  • Quarter 3 (16 September 2018 – 8 December 2018) published on 11 January 2019
  • Quarter 4 (9 December 2018 – 31 March 2019) published on 3 May 2019
