SQUIRE all trains report - 4 August 2017

You have selected the performance report for all train classes. This PDF displays a graph and a table which show network wide performance against the benchmark, given as a percentage, for each of the train service quality areas (called service schedules) that passengers wanted to be kept informed about.

The reports cover five live quarters of the ScotRail Franchise which are:
Quarter 1 2016/17 (1 April 2016 – 25 June 2017)  to Quarter 1 2017/18 (1 April 2017- 24 June 2017).

Performance results for the trains operating on your line of route are also available.

Quarter 1 2017/18 results were published on 4 August 2017.

The results for the 2017/18 ScotRail franchise are due to be published on the following dates:

  • Quarter 2 (25 June 2017 – 16 September 2017) 20 October 2017
  • Quarter 3 (17 September 2017 – 9 December 2017) 12 January 2018
  • Quarter 4 (10 December 2017 – 31 March 2018) 4 May 2018.
