You have selected the performance report for all train classes. This PDF displays a graph and a table which show network wide performance against the benchmark, given as a percentage, for each of the train service quality areas (called service schedules) that passengers wanted to be kept informed about.

The reports cover five live quarters of the ScotRail Franchise which are ~ Quarter 4 2015/16 (12 December 2015 – 31 March 2016) to Quarter 4 2016/17 (11 December 2016 - 31 March 2017).

Performance results for the trains operating on your line of route are also available.

Quarter 4 2016/17 results were published on 5 May 2017. The next set of results for the ScotRail franchise are due to be published 28 July 2017.
