Workplace Parking Licensing - Regulations and Guidance - Consultation Analysis Report

The passing of the Transport (Scotland) Act 2019 included a discretionary power for local authorities to set up workplace parking licensing (WPL) schemes. The Consultation intended to gather stakeholder and public views on the regulatory framework and supporting guidance which will underpin local authorities’ WPL schemes, if they choose to implement WPL.

The report sets out analysis undertaken of responses received to the Scottish Government public consultation on Workplace Parking Licensing regulations and guidance.
