The A90 Trunk Road (Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route) (Temporary Prohibitions and Restrictions) Amendment Order 2019

The Scottish Ministers hereby give notice that they have made the above Order, under sections 2(1) and (2), and 14(1)(b) and (4) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The amendment to the A90 Trunk Road (Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route) (Temporary Prohibitions and Restrictions) (No. 2) Order 2018 will allow exemptions for a vehicle being used by any person in the exercise of their duty as a constable or as a member of a fire and rescue service, of an ambulance service, or the coastguard.

The Order will be in place from 17 January 2019 to 30 June 2019.
