The A96 Trunk Road (Craibstone Junction Link Road) (40mph Speed Limit) Order 2017

The Scottish Ministers hereby give notice that they have made the above Order under section 84(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order was made on 2 October 2017.

The effect of the Order is as described in the Aberdeen Press and Journal dated 30 December 2016, the Aberdeen Evening Express dated 30 December 2016 and the Edinburgh Gazette Issue Number 27813 dated 3 January 2017. The Order comes into force on 11 October  2017.

A copy of the Order as made and the relevant plan may be inspected free of charge until 13 November 2017 during normal business hours at the offices of:
