The M90/A90 Trunk Road (St. Madoes to Perth) (Redetermination of Means of Exercise of Public Right of Passage) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that on 13 December 2017 the Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 71(2) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 made the above mentioned Order.

A copy of the Order as made, and of the accompanying plan have been deposited at the offices of Transport Scotland, 9th Floor Reception, Buchanan House, 58 Port Dundas Road, Glasgow, G4 0HF; the offices of Perth and Kinross Council, Pullar House, 35 Kinnoull Street

Perth, PH1 5GD and Errol Post Office, High Street, Errol, Perth, PH2 7QQ and may be inspected there free of charge during normal business hours until 29 January 2018.

The effect of the Order is as described in the Perthshire Advertiser, the Herald and Edinburgh Gazette Issue Number 27847 dated 17 March 2017.

The Order comes into operation on 23 December 2017.
