The M90/A90/A9000 Trunk Road (Saltoun Place, Fraserburgh) (Temporary Prohibition on Waiting, Loading and Unloading) Order 2024

The Scottish Ministers give notice that they have made the above Order under sections 2(1) and (2), 4(1) and 14(1)(a) and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will have the effect of temporarily prohibiting traffic from waiting, loading and unloading on that length of the that length of the M90/A90/A9000 Edinburgh - Fraserburgh Trunk Road known as Saltoun Place, Fraserburgh from its southern junction with Links Road in a northerly direction to its junction with Commerce Street a distance of 486 metres or thereby.

The Order, which is required to facilitate BT Openreach utility works, will be in operation from 15 January until 18 January 2024, but will only have effect in relation to such length of road as is indicated by the appropriate signage.

The Order does not apply to vehicles being used in an emergency for fire brigade, ambulance, police or coastguard purposes or vehicles being used for carrying out the works.
