The Scottish Road Works Register (Prescribed Fees) Regulations 2026
The Scottish Ministers give notice that they have made the above Instrument under section 112(4) and 163(1) of the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991. This instrument will prescribe the fee payable as a condition of access to the Scottish Road Works Register between the financial year 2026-27.

UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (Incorporation) (Scotland) Act 2024 Compatibility Consideration and Narration of Statement of Compatibility
In accordance with section 23(2) of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (Incorporation) (Scotland) Act 2024 (the Act), the Scottish Ministers certify that, in their view, The Scottish Road Works Register (Prescribed Fees) Regulations 2026 is compatible with the UNCRC requirements as defined by section 1(2) of the Act.
