Due to COVID-19 restrictions we have published the Section 107 notice for land forming part of the Tomatin and Moy Estates. This land is taken by agreement and this notice has been published in the Strathspey and Badenoch Herald.

Section 107 Notice (Extinction of Real Burdens and Servitudes) Moy Estates - Plan

This is the Plan referred to in the foregoing Notice of Extinction of Real Burdens and Servitudes by the Scottish Ministers. It shows the area of ground lying on or towards Moy Estate at Moy extending to 2,540 square metres or thereby.

Section 107 Notice (Extinction of Real Burdens and Servitudes) – Colin and Shirley Tucker Plan

This is the Plan referred to in the foregoing Notice of Extinction of Real Burdens and Servitudes by the Scottish Ministers. It shows three areas of ground lying on or towards Moy Railway, Inverness extending to (i) 1,782 square metres or thereby, (ii) 1,760 square meters or thereby, and (iii) 2,099 square metres or thereby.
