Draft Orders, Compulsory Purchase Order and Environmental statement - Luncarty to Pass of Birnam - A9 Dualling

The Draft Road Orders, Compulsory Purchase Order and the associated Environmental Statement were published on 19 March 2014:

Copies of the Orders and relevant plans referred to therein were able to be inspected , free of charge, during normal business hours from 19th March 2014 to 02 May 2014 at:

    Between: 09:00 to 17:00 (Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri), 09:00 to 13:00 (Wed), 09:00 to 12.30 (Sat)
  • AK Bell Library, York Place, Perth, PH2 8EP
    Between: 09.30 – 17.00 (Mon, Wed, Fri), 09:30 - 20:00 (Tues, Thur), 09:30 to 16:00 (Sat)
  • Bankfoot Church, Tulliebelton Road, Bankfoot, Perth, PH1 4BS
    Between: 09:30 – 13:00 (Mon to Fri)

Any person could, by no later than 2 May 2014, object to the making of the Orders in writing to the MTRIPS Planning and Design, A9 Dualling Team, Transport Scotland, Buchanan House, 58 Port Dundas Road, Glasgow, G4 0HF. Objections had to state the name and address of the objector, the Order to which they related and the grounds on which they were made.
