Exhibition materials - Nov 2016 - Killiecrankie to Glen Garry - A9 Dualling
A public drop-in for the A9 Dualling Killiecrankie to Glen Garry project was held in Blair Atholl Village Hall on Thursday 24th November (12 noon to 7 pm) and in Killiecrankie Village Hall on Friday 25th Novermber (10am to 4pm) to let local communities and road users view the design developments which have taken place since the preferred route for the project was announced in March 2016.
The drop-in provided an update on a number of areas of ongoing design development, including;
- development of the main dual carriageway alignment and junction layouts at Aldclune and Bruar;
- development of access tracks for landowners;
- development of the road drainage proposals for the project, and;
- proposals to cater for non-motorised users (NMUs).
