Made Road Orders and Compulsory Purchase Order - Dalwhinnie to Crubenmore - A9 Dualling

The Made Road Orders and Compulsory Purchase Order were made on 1 July 2021 and came into force on 30 July 2021.

In accordance with the Coronavirus (Scotland) Act 2020, Schedule 6, Part 3, para 9, hard copies of the Orders and Plans will not be available for inspection at public display locations. A copy of the Orders and Plans can instead be viewed on this web page.

Any person aggrieved and who desires to question the validity of the Order on the grounds that they are not within the powers of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks of 30 July 2021 make an application to the Court of Session for the suspension of, or the quashing of, the Orders or any provision contained therein.


 

In accordance with the Coronavirus (Scotland) Act 2020, public notices in respect of Compulsory Purchase Order plots identified as ‘Unknown’ ownership are not being erected on site but instead can be viewed on this web page. Please refer to the CPO Unknown Notice and Unknown Land Interest Plan for further information.


 

Persons entitled to claim compensation in respect of any interest in the land are invited to give information with respect to their name and address and the land and their interests therein on the prescribed form (Form 9).
