Public Inquiry documents - July 2019 - Tomatin to Moy - A9 Dualling

A Public Inquiry was due to start on 27 August 2019. However, parties agreed not to give oral evidence and to rest on existing written submissions along with closing submissions. The Reporter will now assess the lodged evidence and closing submissions and make a recommendation to the Scottish Ministers in due course.
