Rail Enforcement Powers Working Group - Final Report and Recommendations
The Rail Enforcement Powers Working Group has submitted its final report to Scottish Ministers for their consideration. The Group has endorsed 11 recommendations that have been developed to maximise safety for all passengers and staff on Scotland's railway.
