Made Road Orders and Compulsory Purchase Order – A96 Inverness to Nairn including Nairn Bypass

The Made Road Orders and Compulsory Purchase Order were made on 22 February 2024 and came into force on 12 March 2024.

Any person aggrieved and who desires to question the validity of the Orders on the grounds that they are not within the powers of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks of 12 March 2024 make an application to the Court of Session for the suspension of, or the quashing of, the Orders or any provision contained therein.
