Biodiversity Reporting Duty 2021-2023

Under the Wildlife and Natural Environment (Scotland) Act 2011 (WANE), all public bodies are required to publish a report every three years describing the work undertaken in support of biodiversity enhancement. This is the Biodiversity Duty Report for Transport Scotland 2021-2023
